Section 26.8(3)

Where in any claim started or continued under Practice Direction 27B— a court officer must refer the claim to a judge for allocation to a track and to give directions. the appropriate court form states that— the amount claimed is more than £10,000; or the claim for personal injury damages is more than £5,000; or rule 26.10 applies,
