The court may fix— at any time after the claim has been allocated. a case management conference; or a pre-trial review, If a party has a legal representative, a representative— familiar with the case; and with sufficient authority to deal with any issues that are likely to arise, must attend case management conferences and pre-trial reviews. (Rule 3.1(2)(c) provides that the court may require a party to attend the court)
