Section 34.16(2)

In this Section— “the 1975 Act” means the Evidence (Proceedings in Other Jurisdictions) Act 1975 ; and “the Hague Evidence Convention” means the Hague Convention of 18 March 1970 on the Taking of Evidence Abroad in Civil or Commercial Matters
