Section 45.17

In a claim to which rule 45.16(2)(a) or (b) applies, where the claim form includes a claim for fixed commencement costs— the amount of fixed commencement costs is set out in Table 2; and the amount claimed, or the value of the goods claimed if specified, in the claim form is to be used in determining the band in Table 2 that applies to the claim. The amounts shown in Table 6 are to be allowed in addition, if applicable.
