Section 45.31(2)

Where the court approves the settlement— it shall order the defendant to pay— where paragraph (1)(b)(i) applies, at a settlement hearing at Stage 2 of the relevant Protocol; or where paragraph (1)(b)(ii) applies, at the settlement hearing under the Stage 3 procedure, the Stage 1 and 2 fixed costs; the Stage 3 Type A, B and C fixed costs; and disbursements allowed in accordance with Section IX of this Part.
