Section 45.34(2)

In a claim to which the RTA Protocol applies— vehicle related damages are excluded for the purpose of valuing a claim under paragraph (1)(a); and ‘vehicle related damages’ has the meaning ascribed to it by paragraph 1.1(18) of the RTA Protocol.
