Section 52.1(1)

The rules in this Part apply to— appeals to the civil division of the Court of Appeal; appeals to the High Court; appeals to the County Court; applications made in the High Court or the Court of Appeal for permission to appeal to the Supreme Court in contempt proceedings; and applications made in the Court of Appeal for permission to appeal to the Supreme Court in proceedings other than contempt proceedings.
