Section 52.3A

Where the appeal is one to which rule 52.3(1)(c)(i), (ii) or (iii) applies— an application for permission to appeal must be made to the Divisional Court or the single judge of the High Court or the Court of Appeal (as the case may be); and the application must be made within 28 days of the date on which that Court provides reasons for its decision. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
