Section 54.28

The claim form must be filed not later than 6 months from the date by which a response to a decision notice was required under section 36(3) of the Environment Act 2021. The time limit in paragraph (1) may be extended, but only upon application to the court by the claimant and if the court is satisfied that it is reasonable to do so.
