Section 54.35

Rules 54.10 and 54.16 – 54.20 shall apply to the environmental review procedure, except that— references to “permission to proceed” shall be disregarded; and the reference in rule 54.19 to “the decision to which the claim relates” shall be read as referring to “the matter to which the claim relates.
