Section 55.13

The claim form must— be in the form set out in Practice Direction 55A; and contain such information; and be accompanied by such documents, as are required by that form. All relevant sections of the form must be completed. The court will serve the claim form by first class post (or an alternative service which provides for delivery on the next working day).
