Section 55.23(1)

Within 24 hours of the issue of the application, the claimant must serve on the defendant— the claim form; the application notice together with the written evidence in support; and a blank form for the defendant’s witness statement (as set out in Practice Direction 55A) which must be attached to the application notice.
