Section 55.25(2)

The court will make an IPO if— the claimant has— filed a certificate of service of the documents referred to in rule 55.23(1); or proved service of those documents to the satisfaction of the court; and the court considers that— the conditions set out in rule 55.21(1) are satisfied; and any undertakings given by the claimant as a condition of making the order are adequate.
