An IPO must be served within 48 hours after it is sealed. The claimant must serve the IPO on the defendant together with copies of— in accordance with rule 55.6(a). the claim form; and the written evidence in support, Rules 83.2, 83.3 and 83.26(1) to (9) do not apply to the enforcement of an IPO. If an IPO is not served within the time limit specified by this rule, the claimant may apply to the court for directions for the claim for possession to continue under Section I of this Part.
