Section 55.34(3)

In all Renting Homes possession claims— the hearing date is to be not less than 28 days from the date of issue of the claim form; the standard period between the issue of the claim form and the hearing is to be not more than 8 weeks; and the defendant must be served with the claim form and particulars of claim not less than 21 days before the hearing date.
