Section 57.12

This Section contains rules about claims for the rectification of a will. (Section 20 of the Administration of Justice Act 1982 provides for rectification of a will. Additional provisions are contained in rule 55 of the Non-Contentious Probate Rules 1987.) Every personal representative of the estate shall be joined as a party. Practice Direction 57 makes provision for lodging the grant of probate or letters of administration with the will annexed in a claim under this Section.
