Section 57.2

This Section contains rules about probate claims. Probate claims in the High Court are assigned to the Chancery Division. Probate claims in the County Court must only be started by sending the claim to, or making the claim at— a County Court hearing centre where there is also a Chancery district registry; or the County Court at Central London. All probate claims are allocated to the multi-track.
