Section 57.30(5)

If the court is considering whether to exercise a power under the 2017 Act without an application having been made, the court may require— notice of the matter to be given (in such manner the court may direct) to any of the persons listed in paragraph (1), or to any other person; and the matter to be advertised in such manner as the court may direct.
