Section 61.11(7)

Every defendant upon whom a claim form is served must— within 28 days of service file— a defence; or a notice that the defendant admits the right of the claimant to limit liability; or if the defendant wishes to— file within 14 days of service (or where the claim form is served out of the jurisdiction, within the time specified in rule 6.35) an acknowledgment of service as set out in Practice Direction 61. dispute the jurisdiction of the court; or argue that the court should not exercise its jurisdiction,
