Section 61.2(1)

The following claims must be started in the Admiralty Court— a claim— in rem; for damage done by a ship; concerning the ownership of a ship; under the Merchant Shipping Act 1995; . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . by a master or member of a crew for wages; in the nature of towage; or in the nature of pilotage; a collision claim; a limitation claim; or a salvage claim.
