Section 61.2(3)

Rule 30.5 applies to claims in the Admiralty Court except that the Admiralty Court may order the transfer of a claim to— the Commercial Court; a Circuit Commercial Court; or . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . any other appropriate court.
