Section 62.1(2)

In this Part— “the 1950 Act” means the Arbitration Act 1950; “the 1975 Act” means the Arbitration Act 1975; “the 1979 Act” means the Arbitration Act 1979; “the 1996 Act” means the Arbitration Act 1996; references to— include references to that Act or to the particular section of that Act as applied with modifications by the ACAS Arbitration Scheme (England and Wales) Order 2001; and the 1996 Act; or any particular section of that Act “arbitration claim form” means a claim form in the form set out in Practice Direction 62.
