Claims relating to matters arising out of the 1994 Act and other intellectual property rights set out in Practice Direction 63 must be started in— the Chancery Division; the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court; or save as set out in Practice Direction 63, a County Court hearing centre where there is also a Chancery District Registry.
