Section 63.16

Part 52 applies to appeals from decisions of the Comptroller and the registrar. Appeals about patents and registered designs must be made to the Patents Court, and other appeals to the Chancery Division. Where Part 52 requires a document to be served, it must also be served on the Comptroller or registrar, as appropriate.
