Section 64.1

This Part contains rules— in Section I, about claims relating to— the administration of estates of deceased persons, and trusts; and in Section II, about charity proceedings. In this Part and Practice Directions 64A and 64B, where appropriate, references to trustees include executors and administrators. All proceedings in the High Court to which this Part applies must be brought in the Chancery Division.
