Section 65.37

This Section of this Part applies in relation to applications for parenting orders under sections 26A and 26B of the Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003 by a relevant authority. In this Section— “the 2003 Act” means the Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003; and “relevant authority” has the same meaning as in section 26C of the 2003 Act.
