Section 69.8(3)

Any party may, within 14 days of being served with the accounts, serve notice on the receiver— specifying any item in the accounts to which he objects; giving the reason for such objection; and requiring the receiver, within 14 days of receipt of the notice, either— to notify all the parties who were served with the accounts that he accepts the objection; or if he does not accept the objection, to apply for an examination of the accounts in relation to the contested item.
