Section 74.15(1)

This rule applies to applications to the High Court under paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 to the 1982 Act for the registration of a certificate for the enforcement of the money provisions of a judgment— which has been given by a court in another part of the United Kingdom, and to which section 18 of that Act applies.
