Section 74.3

This Section provides rules about applications under— for the registration of foreign judgments for enforcement in England and Wales. section 9 of the 1920 Act, in respect of judgments to which Part II of that Act applies; section 2 of the 1933 Act, in respect of judgments to which Part I of that Act applies; section 4B of the 1982 Act; ... and section 4C of the 1982 Act, Applications— must be made to the High Court; and may be made without notice.
