Section 74.4(7)

Written evidence in support of an application under section 4C of the 1982 Act (registration and enforcement of judgments under the 2019 Hague Convention) must also— confirm that the judgment— meets the condition in Article 4(3) of the 2019 Hague Convention; meets at least one condition in Article 5 or 6 of the 2019 Hague Convention; and otherwise meets the requirements for recognition or enforcement under the 2019 Hague Convention; and include any other evidence required by Article 12 of the 2019 Hague Convention.
