Section 76.19(4)

References in this rule— to an order requiring anonymity for the controlled person are to be construed in accordance with paragraph 5(3) of the Schedule to the Act; and to the controlled person, in relation to a time before the control order has been made, are to be construed in accordance with paragraph 5(4) of the Schedule to the Act.
