Section 76.1(3)

In this Part— “the Act” means the Prevention of Terrorism Act 2005; “closed material” means any relevant material that the Secretary of State objects to disclosing to a relevant party; “control order proceedings” has the same meaning as in section 11(6) of the Act; “controlled person”, has the same meaning as in section 15(1) of the Act; “legal representative” is to be construed in accordance with paragraph 11 of the Schedule to the Act; “open material” means any relevant material that the Secretary of State does not object to disclosing to a relevant party; . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . “relevant material” has the same meaning as in paragraph 4(5) of the Schedule to the Act; “relevant party” has the same meaning as in paragraph 11 of the Schedule to the Act; “special advocate” means a person appointed under paragraph 7 of the Schedule to the Act.
