Section 76.23(1)

Subject to paragraph (2), the Secretary of State must immediately give notice of the proceedings to the Attorney General upon— making an application under section 4(1) of the Act (relating to a derogating control order); making an application under section 3(1)(a) of the Act (application for permission to make a non-derogating control order); making a reference under section 3(3) of the Act (reference of a non-derogating control order made without permission); or being served with a copy of any application, claim, or notice of appeal in proceedings to which this Part applies.
