Section 77.21

Any application under section 6(2) of the Justice and Security Act 2013 (“the 2013 Act”) or rule 77.23 must be made— when the claimant files material under rule 77.19(2); or if they have filed their material under rule 77.19(2), when the claimant files any additional material in respect of which they wish to make an application.
