Section 79.16

Unless the court orders otherwise, the court will serve any notice of the date, time and place fixed for a hearing on— every party, whether or not a party is entitled to attend that hearing; and if one has been appointed for the purposes of the proceedings, the special advocate or those instructing the special advocate.
