Section 80.18(1)

If the court considers it necessary for any relevant party and any relevant party’s legal representative to be excluded from a hearing or part of a hearing in order to secure that information is not disclosed contrary to the public interest, it must— direct accordingly; and conduct the hearing, or that part of it from which the relevant party and the relevant party’s legal representative are excluded, in private.
