Section 82.22(1)

An application under section 6(2) of the Act for a declaration must be made by the applicant filing with the court— a statement of reasons to support the application and any additional written submissions; material in relation to which the court is asked to find that the first condition in section 6 of the Act is met; the details of any special advocate already appointed under rule 82.9 (appointment of a special advocate).
