Section 82.31(2)

The court with which the documents in paragraph (1)(a) and (b) must be filed is— the High Court, if the court seised of the proceedings in relation to which the certificate was issued is the High Court or County Court ; or the Court of Appeal, if the court seised of the proceedings in relation to which the certificate was issued is the Court of Appeal.
