Section 82.8

The following proceedings must, unless the court directs otherwise, be determined at a hearing— an application by the Secretary of State under section 6(2) of the Act for a declaration; a closed material application; a review of the court’s own motion under section 7 of a declaration made under section 6 of the Act; a formal review under section 7(3) of the Act of a declaration made under section 6 of the Act; an application under section 7 of the Act for revocation of a declaration made under section 6 of the Act; an application under section 18(1) of the Act to have a certificate issued under section 17(3)(e) of the Act set aside; an appeal to the Court of Appeal from a decision or order of the High Court made in any of the proceedings mentioned in paragraphs (a) to (f) above.
