Section 83.28

This rule applies where a warrant issued for part of a sum of money and costs payable under a judgment or order is suspended on payment of instalments. Unless the court otherwise directs, the judgment or order will be treated as suspended on those terms as respects the whole of the sum of money and costs then remaining unpaid.
