Section 83.8A(3)

The notice of eviction referred to in paragraph (2)(a) and any further notice of eviction or further notices of eviction referred to in paragraph (2)(b) must each— be addressed to— all persons against whom the possession order was made; and “any other occupiers”; and be in the relevant form prescribed by Practice Direction 83.
