Section 84.13

This rule applies where the debtor wishes to bring proceedings under paragraph 66 of Schedule 12 for— breach of a provision of Schedule 12; or enforcement action taken under a defective instrument. The debtor may bring proceedings by way of an application. The application must be accompanied by evidence of how— the provisions of Schedule 12 are alleged to have been breached; or the instrument is alleged to be defective.
