Section 85.4(6)

If an enforcement agent receives a notice from a creditor under paragraph (3) admitting a claim to controlled goods the following applies— the enforcement power ceases to be exercisable in respect of such controlled goods; and as soon as reasonably practicable the enforcement agent must make the goods available for collection by the claimant to controlled goods if they have been removed from where they were found.
