Section 85.6(2)

On receipt of a notice of claim to executed goods which complies with paragraph (1) the enforcement officer must within 3 days give notice of such claim to— the creditor; and any other person making a claim to the executed goods under paragraph (1) (“any other claimant to the executed goods”).
