Section 8.5(3)

A defendant who wishes to rely on written evidence must file it when they file their acknowledgment of service unless the defendant has indicated on their acknowledgement of service an intention to contest jurisdiction, in which case the evidence must be filed within fourteen days of filing the acknowledgment of service if no such application is made.
