Section 88.30(1)

Where a party or the special advocate fails to comply with a direction of the court, the court may serve on that person a notice which states— the respect in which that person has failed to comply with the direction; a time limit for complying with the direction; and that the court may proceed to determine the proceedings before it on the material before it if that person fails to comply with the direction within that time limit.
