Section 88.5

A reference under paragraph 3(1) of Schedule 2 to the Act of the imposition of a TEO imposed without permission must be made by the Secretary of State filing with the court— a statement of reasons for imposing the TEO; any relevant material of which the Secretary of State is aware at that stage; and any written submissions.
