Where costs are allowed to the creditor on an application for an attachment of earnings order, there may be allowed— a charge of a legal representative for attending the hearing and, if the court so directs, for serving the application; and the court fee on the issue of the application. For the purpose of paragraph (1)(a) a legal representative who has prepared on behalf of the creditor a witness statement or request under rule 89.7(13) is treated as having attended the hearing. The costs may be fixed and allowed without detailed assessment under Part 47.
