Section 89.17(1)

Paragraph (2) applies where— it is alleged that a person has committed any offence mentioned in section 23(2)(a), (b), (d), (e) or (f) of the Act of 1971 in relation to proceedings in, or to an attachment of earnings order made by, the County Court; and the alleged offender is not being proceeded against summarily.
