Without prejudice to the power conferred by section 14(1) of the 1971 Act, the court officer may at any stage of the proceedings, send to the debtor’s employer a notice requesting them to give to the court a statement of the debtor’s earnings. The statement of debtor’s earnings must— state the debtor’s earnings; state the debtor’s anticipated earnings; include such particulars as requested in the notice from the court; and be given to the court within such period as is specified in the notice.
